Application and Use /Appropriate Surfaces
NewPro-Oxy Clean Special Cleaner can be applied as an environmentally safe cleaner for thorough removal of rust and lime deposits to the following surfaces:
- Synthetic floors made out of epoxy resins
- PUR (polyurethane)
- tiles

Instruction for Application and Use
Mixing Instructions: NewPro-Oxy Clean Special Cleaner can be diluted with water at a ratio between 1: 1 and 1: 4, depending on the degree of dirt or contamination. Application: Apply NewPro-Oxy Clean Special Cleaner directly to the dirt and grime using a brush, allowing adequate time for the cleaner to take effect. After the cleaner has taken effect, briefly rub off the dirt and grime using a brush and rinse off with clean water. See further instruction under Required Conditions for Application. Machine Application: For larger surface areas, NewPro-Oxy Clean Special Cleaner can be applied using a standard spray/airless device. Please read the manufacturer’s instructions carefully. Notice: Do not let NewPro-Oxy Clean Special Cleaner dry onto the surface.
Product Use/Consumption
approximately 50 - 250 ml/m². This is merely a average value, which can vary depending on the properties and conditions of the actual surface and the degree of dirt and grime. The exact amount of required material for the intended purpose is to be determined with a test application to the surface of the object.
Required Conditions for Use/Application
The application and drying of the product can be enhanced with a surface and area temperature between a min. +5 °C and max. + 30 °C. Do not apply the material at temperatures above 25°C in direct sunlight. Required time to take effect:
- Approximately 1 to 5 minutes (at approximately. 20°C).
Depending on the degree and thickness of the layer of dirt or soiling to be removed. Caution: Do not let NewPro-Oxy Clean Special Cleaner dry onto the surface. Cleaning of Tools:
- Clean immediately after use with lots of clean water.

Work Hygiene
Before breaks and at the end working with the product, wash hands thoroughly. Do not eat, drink or smoke during use. Avoid eye and skin contact with the product. If necessary use proper protective clothing while working with the product.
Safety Precautions
Keep away from children. Keep containers sealed. In the event of eye contact, immediately flush eyes out with lots of clean water. In the event of skin contact, wash skin thoroughly with water and soap. If necessary seek medical advice. Do not smoke during application and use.
