Description

NewPro-Combo Cleaner is an environmentally safe cleaner specially designed for the thorough cleaning of and removal of inorganic substances from glass, glazed ceramic as well as metal and also intensively works to remove grease or fats.

Range of Application and Use

NewPro-Combo Cleaner was specially designed and developed for application to a wide range and variety of different surfaces such as:

• Enamel
• Glazed ceramic
• Glass
• Metal
• Nano-coated surfaces
• A wide variety of further types of surfaces.

For the cleaning of marble and other acid-sensitive surfaces such as aluminium and aluzinc coatings, NewPro offers an alternative cleaner.

Instruction for Application and Use

Surface Preparation/pre-cleaning: All surfaces should be free of grease, oil, dirt and dust, dry and sustainable.

As usual, thoroughly remove all large dirt and grime and loose particles. In the event of extreme dirt or grime, repeat this step until the particles and grime is removed.

Application:

1. Dilute NewPro-Combo Cleaner –Concentrate at a ratio of 1: 10 to 1: 40 (1 part cleaner concentrate and 10 to 40 parts fresh warm water).

2. Rub surface until suds form with non-abrasive combo-sponge (use white side) or a non-abrasive 3M pad.

3. Allow NewPro-Combo Cleaner approximately 3 minutes time to take effect.

4. Subsequent to step 3, rub NewPro-Combo Cleaner out with material-moistened sponge and thoroughly rinse with clean water.

5. Remove remaining moisture and polish the surface dry.

Warning: Do not allow NewPro-Combo Cleaner to dry onto the surfaces, which are to be cleaned.

Notice: NewPro-Combo Cleaner covers a wide range of applications. It is, therefore, recommended a test be carried out to the surface to determine the durability and suitability of the product for its intended purpose or surface.

NewPro-Combo Cleaner is not designed for use on marble and other acid-sensitive surfaces, such as aluminium and aluzinc coatings.

Machine Application: NewPro-Combo Cleaner can be applied using a standard airless spraying device. Follow the manufacturer’s instructions and operation manual for the spraying device as well as the mixing instructions.

Mixing Instructions: NewPro-Combo Cleaner can be diluted at a ratio of 1: 10 to 1: 40 (1 part NewPro-Combo Cleaner -Concentrate and 10 to 40 parts fresh warm water)

Use/Product Consumption:

• An exact amount of required material can be determined with a test application.

Required Conditions for Use/Application

Application and drying can be carried out with a surface and area temperature between a min. +10 °C and max. + 30 °C.

Required Time to Take Effect:

• Dependent upon the degree of dirt and grime.

Warning: Do not allow NewPro-Combo Cleaner to dry onto the surfaces which are to be cleaned.

Cleaning of Tools:

• Immediately after use, clean tools with lots of clean water.

Transport:

• Product is unlabeled and is non-hazardous.

Storage:

• At room temperatures in original tightly closed packaging, product can be stored for a minimum of 6 months.
• Protect against moisture, frost and heat.

Disposal:

• Only recycle completely emptied containers
• Dispose of product remains at an officially designated disposal site
• Do not dispose of the product in the public sewage system or domestic drains.

Work Hygiene

Before breaks and at the end working with the product, wash hands thoroughly. Do not eat, drink or smoke during use. Avoid eye and skin contact with the product. If necessary, wear protective clothing.

Safety Precautions

Keep away from children. Keep containers sealed tightly closed. In the event of eye contact, immediately flush eyes out with lots of clean water. In the event of skin contact, wash skin thoroughly with water and soap. If necessary, seek medical advice. Do not smoke during application and use. If swallowed seek immediate medical advice and show the packaging or product label to the treating physician. NewPro-Combo Cleaner is not designed for the application on marble and other acid-sensitive surfaces such as aluminum and aluzinc coatings.
